             As the Internet changes our lives in a number of  ways, Broadway Gold Center is committed to respecting your privacy.

In general, you can visit www.broadwaygold.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your name, home or business address and e-mail address. Broadway Gold Center will seek to let you know before we collect any personal information from you over the Internet. Some examples of when we may need information are if you choose to purchase a product directly from Broadway Gold Center Web sites, subscribe to the Info Messenger notification service, or when you register a new product. In general on www.broadwaygold.com, IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session while the user remains anonymous. We analyze this data for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of our site users are visiting and how long they spend there. In general, we do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you, except in the cases of certain personalized subscription services (such as ActiveAnswers), which utilize session data to improve the service. In those limited cases where session information is not anonymous, Broadway Gold Center will provide notice of the practice and an opportunity to "opt out."

Some Broadway Gold Center web pages use "cookies," which are small files that may be placed on your hard disk for record-keeping purposes. A cookie helps us remember who you are. Returns & Replacements
All items warranted must be received by our Return Merchandise department before the last day of the warranty period.

Prior to shipping merchandise for return the customer must acquire a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the Broadway Gold Center RMA department. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by customer.

The pre-approved RMA number must be visibly marked outside the shipping label and on the packing list.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt with the name, address, and telephone number of the customer.

All returned merchandise must be in original resalable condition with all original packing, .

All returned items will be repaired. If repair is not feasible, Broadway Gold Center will replace the items if still under warranty. If identical replacement is not available Broadway Gold Center reserves the right to replace with comparable goods.

All items returned after the warranty period has expired may be repaired at the customers cost if items are in repairable condition.

Broadway Gold Center reserves the right to inspect and test all returned merchandise. There will be no replacements or exchanges if the returned product meets the manufacturer's specifications. Customers will be charged for testing products are found to have no problems or defects.

All returned merchandise will be shipped back to customer via UPS ground delivery. Express shipping will be at an additional cost to the customer.

Broadway Gold Center accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard,  Visa Credit or Debit, Paypal & Money Orders.

Viewing Orders
             After ordering, a tracking number will be given. As mentioned above, all orders will be send via FedEx. To view the progress of your order you need to go to http://www.fedex.com/Tracking link.

Updating Account Information
You can change your personal information, including your user ID, email address, password, secret question, phone number, PIN from the My Account tab.
To change your personal information:
  1. Log in 
  2. From Log in page, click the Account tab.
  3. Click the Personal Information link.
  4. Click the Edit link next to the information you want to update.
